Understanding Your Needs

We work tirelessly to make sure that we fully understand your individual needs, property preferences, ultimate goals, budget and overall buying timeline to ensure that we are both the right agent for you but also that we are confident we can meet al your needs to the best of our ability.

If you are not in Spain when you are searching for the ideal property then it is not a problem. We can meet via telephone or video conference with you to ensure that our property relationship starts on the right foot.

Selection & Filtering of Properties

We undertake the best and broadest search for the most unique, interesting and appropriate properties for you and present them to you for consideration.

Shortlisting

Together with you, we will shortlist the properties that we have found and arrange an appropriate time between you and the seller for you to be able to visit.

If, for any reason, you are unable to visit in person, such as not residing in Spain, we provide videos of all our property and if you are particularly interested in one that we have uncovered for you then we can arrange a video conference to walk through the property with you.

Viewings

We will undertake all the work to coordinate and organise visits between you and the seller in accordance with your schedule and timing, and accompany you on all the viewings to ensure that we are at hand to act as an appropriate go between and to be able to answer all your questions.

Offer & Negotiation

Once you decide on the ideal property, we will present the offer and negotiate with the seller to get the best deal for you.

Legal Support

We pair you with an excellent legal team who will give you all the legal support and advice throughout your property journey, and ensure everything is done to the highest standard within the Spanish system up to and including the signing of the legal paperwork at exchange.

After Sales Service

WL Costa Properties provide the single best after sales service available in the local area. We work hard to ensure that even after the legal paperwork is complete, we are on hand to guide you with any additional assist you may need and put you in contact with other professionals that can help you in areas where we do not have the immediate expertise.
